Periodic Table

Tool kecil bernama Periodic Tabel v3.0.1 ini sangat berguna dan sangat ringan untuk dibawa ke mana-mana. Berukuran kurang dari 500 kb, aplikasi tabel periodik kimia ini menampilkan berbagai macam unsur atau elemen dalam kimia dan fisika secara interaktif. Aplikasi ini tidak dimaksudkan sebagai pengganti referensi seperti Handbook Kimia dan Fisika. Melainkan dirancang sebagai sarana belajar untuk membantu siswa sekolah menengah atau sarjana kimia untuk memperoleh wawasan.

Jambore Peniti 2009

Jambore Peniti 2009 is IT Camp for students of SMAN 11 Surabaya which will be held on Oktober, 16-18, 2009 at Semen Gresik Camp, Gresik. Title of this event is “Closer to Technology, Closer to Nature and Closer to God”. There are many things will be discussed, from IT matter to organization, even how to build good network or social relationship. Finally, the most important thing is how to form the strong character ourselves without leaving our real characters.

This event is also bring together many IT communities from around Surabaya such as Tugu Pahlawan dot Com, Surabaya Blogger Community, Gresik Blogger Community, Surabaya Linux User Group, Surabaya Jomla User Community (Joomlaers) and many more.

Desktop PENITI 2009

Sebagai kelanjutan dari proses adaptasi dan migrasi saya dari Windows menuju Linux, kali ini tanpa kesengajaan, PClinuxOS 2007 yang selama ini menjadi salah satu operating system penghias komputer Lab. SMAN 11 Surabaya yang telah ada update terbarunya berupa PCLinuxOS 2009, sedang mengalami proses modifikasi dan bermetamorfosis menjadi Official Operating System SMAN 11 Surabaya yang saya beri nama Peniti 2009.

Sebagai pemula Linux yang lebih familiar dengan tampilan GUI dengan KDE 3.5 sebagai desktop favorit, modifikasi yang saya lakukan bukanlah modifikasi ala para developer Linux. Sejujurnya, saya tidak familiar dengan mode command line interface (CLI) melalui terminal yang benar-benar powerful itu, saya melakukan semua modifikasi melalui synaptic manager yang menurut saya sangat memudahkan dalam proses add/remove program.
